About Michael Crumzi
Michael Crumzi is a Licensed Specialist in Overthinking & Mild Chaos — a title he earned the long way: by living it.
Where others collected degrees, Michael collected experiences, mistakes, strange conversations, and the kind of hard-won insights you can’t get in a lecture hall. He didn’t study human behaviour from books; he studied it in real time, while the world was busy behaving badly.
Decades of observing people — at work, at home, in waiting rooms, and in the middle of life’s most unnecessary dramas — shaped his understanding of how humans think, react, and occasionally self-destruct. Michael approaches psychology from the ground up: practical, relatable, and refreshingly unacademic.
He’s not here to diagnose you.
He’s not here to “fix” you.
He’s here to make sense of the things that almost make sense — the everyday thoughts, reactions, and internal debates that everyone has but nobody talks about.
Michael takes life seriously, just not too seriously. His work is rooted in clarity, common sense, and a slightly raised eyebrow. The result is a perspective that feels oddly professional, unmistakably human, and occasionally uncomfortably accurate.
If you’re looking for sterile theory, he’s not your guy.
If you’re looking for someone who understands people because he’s actually lived among them… welcome.
